
- India: The northern part, especially around the Himalayas, is pretty earthquake-prone. Places like Jammu & Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and even Nepal often see strong tremors.
- China: The western regions, particularly Sichuan, are also earthquake hotspots. There have been some pretty serious quakes there in the past.
- Japan: This one’s no surprise. Japan sits right on the Pacific Ring of Fire, so it’s one of the most earthquake-prone countries on Earth. They get major quakes fairly often.
While all three countries face significant risks, Japan seems to be hit the hardest and most frequently because of its location along major fault lines. That said, parts of India and China are no strangers to big quakes either!
